A fascial yoga class takes place online through Zoom on 1 December, held by Írisz Tölgyesi. According to the modern fascia approach, there is no such thing as isolated movement, because fascia surrounds all of the bones, muscles, organs and cells in the body, forming a coherent system. In a fascial flow yoga class, participants can learn how to move the fascial chains lining their bodies by consciously stretching and activating them. The aim is to make harmonious movements possible, while increasing range of motion and ultimately achieve enhanced flexibility and better posture.
