A Night of Glitter and Glamour awaits on New Year’s Eve at the Matild
Café & Cabaret, an exclusive venue housed at high-end hotel, the Matild
Palace.
The last night of the year can be celebrated at the most magical party in town,
where you will be amazed by the unique charm of the historic café and the live
performances staged there. An acrobatic show, dancers, conjuring tricks by a
magician and live music courtesy of Latte Maffiato will take you through to the
new year.
Say goodbye to the old year with an unforgettable night, packed with surprises,
champagne and a fantastic five-course dinner. Specialities include hunter’s
pâté (venison pâté with rum-infused golden raisins, pistachios and pickled
pumpkin), parsley cream soup and Matild’s New Year’s cod, but you can also sample
hare à la royale, rabbit stuffed with foie gras. For dinner, the crown is made of up pear textures accompanied by
coconut chantilly and almond sponge cake. At midnight, you can move into the
new year with the finest champagnes, before the ferocious revelry begins, taking
you into the world of bohemian Parisian cabarets.
