Oh Mozart, immortal Mozart, how many, oh how endlessly many such comforting perceptions of a brighter, better life hast thou brought to our souls?” This is what Franz Schubert wrote 200 years ago when he spent a day getting to know the music of his much-admired predecessor, and perfectly frames the third annual Mozart Day at the Liszt Academy. Mozart’s music will fill the Grand and Solti Halls for an entire day, interpreted by numerous illustrious musicians.
