returns to the bowels of
A38
with Latvian
Carnival Youth

A year ago the name of Middlemist Red was familiar only for avid followers of various music-themed blogs, but today there is hardly anyone who calls themselves a music fan that hasn’t heard the success story of the band, which has won both Index’s alternative song contest “A Szám” and the international talent contest of Deezer. Their success is due mainly to their powerful
neopsych rock
and the unique harmony among the members. In November Middlemist Red played to a full house on A38 at the Supersonic Overdrive album release gig, and in December they shot their first music video for Multicoloured Drive.
The band is going on its first European tour this spring, but they are equally eager to play well known and loved venues as well, and so they now return to A38 only a few months after their full-house album release concert to get the ship’s audience moving at their first gig this year.
