Two major works feature at the Franz Liszt Music Academy on 26 October, although one is significantly less known than the other. Lajtha’s Symphony No.7 is the one of the most fantastic artistic impressions of 1956, the year of a historic uprising in Hungary. Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No.5, also conducted by Máté Hámori and played by the Óbuda Danubia Orchestra, is also on the agenda.
