Following the traditions of the Ladyfest movement - first held in 2000 in the US, and now a global series of events - this festival focuses on women making music and art, featuring female artists and bands, or bands with female musicians. The goal is to build a community, to inspire, and to help create spaces of sisterhood. In addition to live shows, the festival features works of art, talks, roundtable discussions and workshops.
