The annual Budapest Jewish and Israeli Film Festival is taking place between 28 November and 2 December at the Művész and Puskin cinemas. With a broad line-up of the latest movies depicting today’s Jewish culture and its heritage, this festival is the largest event of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe. The goal is to provide a diverse collection of films showcasing the current state of Jewish culture and moviemaking. All movies are screened in their original language with Hungarian subtitles.
