22 February marks Hungarian Ice Skating Day, traditionally celebrated on the anniversary of the country’s first Winter Olympic gold medal. Since 2018, the Városliget Ice Rink has hosted the commemorative event, and this year is no exception, with a full day of icy experiences awaiting visitors. In the morning, guests can take part in free skating lessons, while the afternoon programme features figure skating performances on the rink.
