Nominated for five Oscars, the Green Book is being screened at the Művész Cinema on 15 February, a week before its official Hungarian premiere. Set in the 1960s, this road movie tells the story of an Italian-American chauffeur-bouncer and a world-class African-American pianist on a concert tour of the Deep South. To find food and lodgings, they must rely on ‘The Green Book’ so as to be accommodated at safe establishments for non-whites.
