Fat Freddy’s Drop will perform in Budapest for the very first time on 19 June at Akvárium Klub, bringing their Based on a True Story 21st anniversary tour to the city. Formed in New Zealand’s underground scene, the band became known for blending reggae, dub, soul, jazz, and electronic sounds into a distinctive live experience. The tour also pays tribute to founding member Chris “MU” Faiumu, as the group returns to the stage with one of their most defining albums. Expect a vibrant, genre-crossing show from one of the world’s most celebrated live acts.
