This exhibition at the PINCE Gallery showcases the works of Emese Kádár. Her series entitled No-line consists of handwoven draperies, inspired by digital art. Kádár aims to connect these two methods of creation by their common trait: pixel-based planning and execution. Stitch patterns, similarly to eight-bit pictures or any digital art, are based on small fragments of information and when a glitch enters the system, data is lost. Kádár indicated this by adding holes in the woven material.
