Easy Lessons is an award-winning documentary by Dorottya Zurbó about a Somalian girl who came to Budapest on her own as a refugee and started a new life here. The film presents her unconventional coming-of-age story, forced to let go of almost everything that was part of her childhood in Africa and having to adjust to a new cultural environment while she is on the brink of adulthood. The film is screened on 12 March at the Premier Kultcafé, in Hungarian with English subtitles.
