Zak Khutoretsky
– or as most people know him:
DVS1
– is a truly special figure of contemporary
electronic
music. Born into a Russian family, he grew up at 90s rave parties in the USA, in Minneapolis, and he had overcome a lot to end up as a regular DJ at Berghain and several big clubs all over the world.
He’s collected more than 30,000 records, he has a thorough knowledge of music and he’s got an enviable enthusiasm – the result of all these are two labels (HUSH and Mistress Recordings) and several influential releases at
Ben Klock
’s legendary
Klockwork
’s. What is more, he has even earned a place at
Derrick May
’s Transmat, a label that has been active since the 80s. His work as a producer needs to introduction, but he is also known as a DJ, whose performances at the biggest festivals and clubs are always special.





DVS1 will come to Hungary for the first time on 2 May with the help of
Cooperate
, to give a performance at
Tesla
in front of the Hungarian audience.

, the residents of Cooperate will assist in warming up and warming down the crowd.
