Design Week Budapest is taking place between 4–13 October in Budapest, and select partner cities in Hungary, with many interesting exhibitions, workshops and other activities. Launched in 2004, Design Week Budapest was initiated by the Hungarian Design Council with the objective of raising social awareness regarding the economic and social role of design, and facilitating communication between the masters of this field. This year’s special guests are the Baltic states: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
