Dáriusz Gwizdala has been working on the reinterpretation of the genre-statues of Budapest’s public spaces since the second half of 2016. He uses a plastic reproduction technique to create guerilla remix reliefs. He mostly focuses on the expropriation of already existing works and the free usage of objects in public spaces. Besides displaying the works about statues of Budapest, a Sándor Weöres sculpture of Pécs, and a Ferenc Puskás one from Szentes, a video will also be screened about his creative process.
