Chalaban were formed by the Moroccan musician Saïd Tichiti in Budapest in 2000. Moroccan melodies are combined with the traditions of Central-European, Balkan and Gypsy styles. Their art goes beyond folk music, as their goal is to bring together instruments from around the globe. On Friday, 21 May, they perform live again in front of an audience at Fonó.
