On the last Saturday of August, a roller disco allows newcomers to learn the steps and the more experienced spinners to hit the floor as DJ Suhaid and DJ Husky Joe spin tunes. A light show brightens up the surrounding buildings. The event is free, and organisers also provide skates on-site.
