On 6 September, the Nagy Dunakanyar Evezés (Big Danube Bend Paddle) sets off for the third time, bringing together hundreds of participants on the water. The tour starts in the morning from Szob, with kayaks, canoes and dragon boats leading the way — though you can also join with your own craft or even a SUP. Every boat has at least one experienced coxswain, while professional tour guides ensure everything runs safely. By afternoon, paddlers reach Verőce, where concerts, side programmes, refreshments and hearty goulash await.
