This spring, between 7-21 May, you can welcome domestic and international world stars into your living room, thanks to Bartók Spring International Arts Weeks. With free online broadcasts of Müpa's new festival, you can enjoy classical music concerts, theatre and ballet performances, light music and world music events, premieres and top-quality productions in the comfort of our home. Riccardo Chailly and Filarmonica della Scala open Bartók Spring on 7 May at 7.30 pm, and on 21 May, you can see world-famous stars such as Vasily Petrenko and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, John Eliot Gardiner and the English Baroque Soloists & Monteverdi Choir, as well as René Jacobs and the Kammerorchester Basel. Renowned Hungarian performers include the revived Kelemen Quartet, Makám, Bagossy Brothers Company, Aurevoir., Charlie, Gergely Madaras, the Hungarian Philharmonic, Szeged Contemporary Ballet, Pécs Ballet, the Hungarian National Dance Ensemble, as well as Félix Lajkó and the Győr Ballet.
