Bartók Spring brings classical and popular music, theatre, dance, literature, and visual arts to Budapest. Kicking off on April 5th, you can enjoy a cultural buzz for over a week (April 5th-14th). See performances by world stars and cutting-edge local artists, hosted by exciting venues – starting with the exhibition of Hungarian photographers who emigrated to the United States, an enchanting dance performance of Cinderella by Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo, and the album release concert of three boldly experimental musicians; Hungarian singer Júlia Karosi, Estonian pianist Kristjan Randalu and Canadian trumpeter Ingrid Jensen.
