Since 1976, the Banff Mountain Film and Book Festival has been one of the most important events celebrating mountain culture. Banff, Canada, home to the festival, is a true gem of the Rocky Mountains, so no wonder why adventure and outdoor sports enthusiasts flock here from all over the world to enjoy lectures and screenings.

The best films are selected from nearly 400 entries and then start their tour around the world. The festival returns to Hungary on March 30-31st and April 1st, bringing a real treat to film fans: inspiring stories, breathtaking scenery and 190 minutes of adrenaline-fuelled adventures on land, water and air. The crème de la crème from the annual international competition for documentaries on nature and mountains will be screened at Corvin Cinema.

All films are in English or with English subtitles. For general information, see the Canadian website here.
