Visitors can bid for 202 pieces of artwork at Virág Judit Gallery’s Autumn Sale, featuring compositions by celebrated Hungarian artists such as Mihály Munkácsy, Gyula Batthyány, Imre Bak and Ilona Keserü. Opening on 20 September, the auction will be held with the highest safety standards, including available online streaming and home-bidding opportunities. The auction exhibition can be viewed free of charge between 5 and 19 September at the gallery.
 
To preserve the health of visitors, the venue of the auction, at the Budapest Congress Center, is being remodelled. The chairs are being placed further apart, while pre-registration is introduced in order to avoid lengthy queues. Furthermore, masks and hand sanitisers will be available for all visitors.
