From now on, all pizzas at are made with sourdough. This isn't a temporary feature, but a permanent upgrade that changes the overall experience. The dough is lighter, more flavourful, and has that ideal balance of crispness and softness that makes each slice feel more elevated than before.

The pizzas are now also more generously topped, with noticeably more cheese and ingredients on each slice. The updated base works especially well with some of Vapiano's standout combinations. The burrata pizza offers a creamy, indulgent finish, while the prosciutto e funghi remains a reliable classic with a slightly more refined edge. For those who prefer something a bit bolder, the BBQ chicken pizza adds a smoky twist that pairs well with the sourdough texture. 

Alongside pizzas, pasta continues to play a central role on the menu. The selection ranges from comforting staples like Bolognese and lasagne to more flavour-forward dishesPortions have also been enhanced, with richer, more generous servings that include more meat, sauce and cheese.Options such as scampi e spinaci bring a lighter, fresher note, while pollo di crema leans into a richer, cream-based direction. Monopoli is another dish worth trying if you're looking to explore beyond the classics.

There's also a small but notable addition tied to the current “VAPI is back” campaign. During this period, guests can choose gluten-free fusilli pasta at no extra charge. While the gluten-free option itself remains available, this temporary offer makes it easier to try without any added cost.

To round things off, the dessert selection keeps things balanced between light and indulgent. The torta al limone is fresh and citrusy, ideal after a heavier meal, while the sugar-free dark chocolate mousse delivers richness without being overly sweet. The tiramisu, now prepared with a new recipe, is another highlight that stays true to its classic appeal while feeling slightly updated.

With this menu refresh, Vapiano focuses on improving what already works rather than changing it entirely.
