We've had our eyes on Yom Tov Salon for a while now. But who would've thought over a year ago that none other than Emilia Clarke would one day walk through Salome's doors? Then again, we probably should have seen it coming – Yom Tov's nail designs have stood out in Budapest's beauty scene for quite some time. And with over 12 years of experience in the industry, Salome knows her craft. She even shared a beaming selfie – which she had since removed – with her A-list client on Instagram, proudly showing off Emilia's freshly done nails.
According to Budapest Reporter, filming for Ponies is set to kick off in early February right here in Budapest. This Cold War-era drama stars Emilia Clarke alongside The White Lotus' Haley Lu Richardson in a leading role. As for why Budapest was chosen? Its historical ties to Cold War-era Moscow and striking architectural similarities made it the perfect backdrop for the story.
