A Breakfast to remember at VakVarjú
From classic Eggs Benedict to the indulgent VakVarjú Breakfast Tower, there's something for everyone on their breakfast menu. Start your day with a hearty Eggs Benedict, whether it's the classic version or with a twist of black forest ham or salmon. The rich, creamy hollandaise sauce is simply divine. Pair it with a light Mimosa or a refreshing farmer's pear syrup for a truly indulgent experience.
Craving something a bit different? The Croque Madame is a must-try, with crispy sourdough bread, melted gouda cheese, and a perfectly cooked fried egg. Add a touch of zest with a side of freshly squeezed orange juice.
For a more traditional breakfast, choose from classic Ham & Eggs, omelettes (Hungarian or Viennese style), or a delicious French toast stuffed with cheese, ham, and fresh toppings.
If you're looking for something truly special, the VakVarjú Breakfast Tower is a feast for the senses. With layers of savoury spreads, meats, cheeses, and vegetables, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
Choose from the standard Tower, consisting of duck liver mousse, smoked aubergine cream, goat cheese cream, and basil hummus, the Royal Tower, which includes fresh croissants, butter, and homemade jams, and the Vegetarian Tower, for meat-free indulgence.
