Head of the KOLLÁZS Pâtisserie at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest, the recent winner of the Central European World Chocolate Masters competition, star pastry chef Attila Meinhart has created a new series of original cakes and pastries to enchant all the senses.
A new online platform, Shop FS Budapest, has been set up by Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest. Powered by Shopify and accessible on both desktop and mobile, the intuitive platform with detailed descriptions in both English and Hungarian, allergen information and inviting imagery makes the ordering process clear and efficient.
Cakes to Go consists of five signature cakes and a seasonal creation. From the hotel’s own Gresham Cake, featuring bespoke Harrer chocolate created exclusively for the hotel by the Austrian confectioner dynasty, to the sublime and feathery light mille-feuille, each is handcrafted with expert care.
Pastries to Go features seven tantalising desserts. In addition to vegan and gluten-, sugar- and lactose-free offerings, the artisanal creations include crowd-pleasing desserts such as the summery Morello with sour-cherry mascarpone and the on-trend Avocado with lime and yoghurt. The seasonally changing confections feature fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
