After bidding farewell to cosy Christmas gatherings with family and friends, it’s always a big dilemma where to go for New Year’s Eve. Luckily, Párisi Passage is preparing a wild celebration with artists, jugglers and musicians evoking the atmosphere of bohemian Paris, crowned by a legendary feast and lavish champagne.

New Year’s Eve party The Show Must Go On at the Párisi Passage will evoke the atmosphere of the bohemian nightclubs of Paris, where sensational artists, skilful acrobats, amazing jugglers, magical live music and majestic cuisine await, not to mention the sumptuous champagne on offer.

The last night of the old year will see four impressive performances at the Passage, powerlifting couples, artists and jugglers each preparing a spectacular act. After the show, pianist László Pók and singer Georgina Kanizsa will provide just the right atmosphere then, after midnight, DJ Lois Viktor will be spinning suitable tunes for the occasion.

Not only does the New Year’s Eve party promise to be fantastic, but the five-course menu will also hold some surprises. Chef Lajos Lutz’s kitchen will be clattering all night, starting with the welcoming snacks of roast duck liver with goats’ cheese potato foam, marinated blueberries and crispy linseeds.

There will be no complaints about the appetiser either, scallops served with green-apple beetroot and beluga caviar. The soup will be pork broth, with juniper venison among the hot bites, and pepper rib-eye steak to crown the evening. The baked creamy chocolate ganache with raspberry mousse and passion-fruit juice will be the icing on the cake.

In addition to the menu, you can also sample three glasses of excellent champagne from the long-established Laurent-Perrier winery: Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut, Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut and a Laurent-Perrier Millésimé 2008 Magnum bottle will be opened for the occasion.
