Great news for carnivores – Beef Heaven by Tuning to reopen its doors

Owner of popular meat-oriented restaurant Beef Heaven by Tuning, Róbert Erdélyi, has just announced that he has assembled his old team under chef József Majorszki and will reopen his doors on Liszt Ferenc tér.

A new menu with festive dishes will arrive by the end of the year, but in addition to the current fixed offer, it is also worth taking a look at the well-filled Dry Ager fridge, where anything can be picked out and prepared if required.

The meats of Terra Pannonia angus can be traced all the way back to home-bred, free-grazing animals, perfectly implementing the concept of a field-to-table production chain.

The meat offer is also complemented by the premium products of Steak Mogul on Fény utca. Quality burgers, matured steaks, BBQ dishes and rosé duck breast, along with small-batch beer all await.

Rumour also has it that Tuning’s four new, high-end, seven- to eight-metre food trucks will soon arrive, in which, in addition to luxury kitchen equipment, they will be able to cater for up to 2,000 diners at bow-tie events, from Mexican all the way up to beef Wellington.
