According to a posting just published on its Facebook page, Kertem, the popular outdoor summer hangout in the City Park, won’t be opening in 2020. The reason seems more connected with the construction of the Hungarian House of Music nearby than anything to do with rules of social distancing.
As just announced on its Facebook page, alfresco hangout Kertem will not be opening this year as it hasn’t received a permit. The team stressed that they would be looking for a new site for 2021.
The sad news is compounded by the fact that Kertem, thanks to its size, would have been particularly well-suited for the upcoming season as tables could have set apart from each other in order to comply with the rules of social distancing.
