In line with the blanket precautionary measures introduced to combat the spread of the coronavirus, Budapest’s downtown Akvárium Klub has announced that all its concerts and parties have been postponed. On the plus side, the venue will continue to stay open, its bistro and terrace operating as normal.

With widespread precautionary measures introduced across Budapest, forcing places of entertainment to close indefinitely as a way of stopping the spread of the coronavirus, leading downtown nightspot the Akvárium Klub has reacted quickly. In line with governmental jurisdiction, the club has postponed all its events until further notice. All concerts and parties will be rescheduled and found new dates. The club will provide regularly updated information through its website and social media, and tickets already purchased will be valid for the rescheduled nights. Details of reimbursement will also be given.

The club is keen to stress that its bistro and terrace are staying open for visitors.
