The exceptional concert venue, the A38 Ship, is surprising fans with more than just a quality music line-up this year. ShipShop is an online store created for the most devoted passengers.
“Why throw out concert posters if we can use them to fashion designer goods?” was the question the creative team at this floating venue asked themselves. This train of thought led to the creation of ShipShop, where you can find both simple and minimalistic items, and colourful, vibrant designs. “We launched ShipShop because we aren’t just a concert or party venue – the Ship is a community. The visitors at our events are just as big a part of it as the crew or the performers,” explains the mastermind behind the project.
The shirts and hoodies are standard items that can be purchased with various different prints and colours. There are also uniquely fashioned bags and wallets, created from the venue’s used, recycled props. The collection has already been given the thumbs-up by several artists, such as Apey, Balázs Zságer and D.H. Peligro.
ShipShop’s designers believe that music lovers shouldn’t get cold as winter draws in. Thankfully, the big, soft Sailor’s Storm Hoodies for men and women are designed to keep all of us cosy this season.
