Are you intrigued by exoplanet exploration, space travel, missions to Mars, extraterrestrial life or conquering the cosmos? If so, meet Jacob Cohen, Chief Scientist at NASA Ames Research Center, who comes straight from Silicon Valley to bring outer space closer to you, specifically Budapest's University of Technology and Economics at 2pm on March 27th. The questions have already been submitted online, and cover the whole universe, from life on Mars to food at the International Space Station. Learn firsthand what you always wanted to know about deep space. The meet-up is free and should be out of this world!
Delve deep into space on Tuesday, when for the first time since 2005, NASA voyages to Hungary to give everyone an insight into its work and research. Questions by the public had to be submitted online by today’s deadline, and the best 11 will be answered in full by Jacob Cohen at the English-language meet-up. The event is free, but registration is required (see below).
After signing in and a brief welcome address, visitors can enjoy Jacob Cohen’s opening speech, followed by his answering questions between 3:50pm and 6pm. The venue is at the University of Technology and Economics, building E, first floor, hall B and the event starts at 2pm.
