In a press release recently issued by Cinema City, Budapest’s primary movie-theater operator states that premiering films will be screening during the evening hours in Buda’s popular Allee shopping center, with the program and showtimes changing every week. On the city’s Pest side, Cinema City WestEnd and Aréna Plaza also show movies playing with original audio. With its current schedule freshly released, during the week ahead Cinema City Allee will show a collection of English-language movies with original audio inside their designated viewing hall, including A Cure for Wellness, Jackie, La La Land, Logan, and The Lego Batman Movie that plays in 3D.
In the weeks ahead, three highly anticipated movies are debuting in Hungary with original English-language audio and Hungarian subtitles, including T2 Trainspotting, A Monster Calls, and Martin Scorsese’s Silence, all of which will only be available in their original languages at all of Cinema City’s theaters. Meanwhile, beginning on March 2nd, the Oscar-winning Moonlight will play with original English-language audio and Hungarian subtitles in all of Cinema City’s venues.
