There is a building at Király utca 47. which has more serious history, than anyone would imagine, but at the same time its present is quite exciting as well. Its front is hauntingly beautiful even among the other monuments of Budapest, it had famous tenants, and different industrial fields made their way to the floors.We''re not here to start fishing in history''s pond, but to discover a design shop, which looks like a gallery for the first sight.
From Krúdy till CavalliGyula Krúdy lived in this building with his wife (also known as the Pekáry House), who was one of the most influential Hungarian writer in the early 20th century, and there was also a Jewish printing-office with a store and a praying chamber. Before the Spirit Home moved here this huge space was completely empty, but now you can't imagine better option to use it, than a decor and interior design gallery. We have that picture when we just take a look at it from outside, but to discover every detail of it, we should get inside and get to know the available offers.
Style stream with extrasYou can easily get lost here, like in a gallery, but it is not because it's chaotic, only the wide range of goods from the small gifts, until the huge furniture is quite breathtaking.
