Bartók Béla Road is rich in up-and-coming cafés and galleries, and this is where Faur Zsófi Gallery is located, too. This exhibition space in Újbuda wants to popularize the local, contemporary art while integrating it into the international art-scene. During the past few years the gallery put an emphasis on the contemporary Hungarian photography. Faur Zsófi Gallery endeavors to reach a wide, savvy audience, and to turn this ever-busy, intellectual and aesthetic spot to a “cultural space” to which visitors are happy to return again and again.
