The aim of the
V. Foie Gras festival
to make foie gras, goose and duck specialities
more popular
- and to make everybody a bit more familiar to these foods, the ways these dishes can be prepared.





Reinvention of the classic recipes, traditional dishes, served with a well-chosen wine from Tokaj, and some specialties - for a price everybody can afford. Great concerts (Vastag Csaba, Judie Jay Trio, Yasya and much more), artisian toys and a ''goose-olympia'' for the family.





But the most interesting part of the festival will be the flower cart of the Alföldi Legendárium: a cart, dedicated to the legend of the Szent Anna-tó (Szent Anna-lake).
