. Aim for finishing if you are a beginner; but if you are an ardent runner than run a bit longer distance as a closure for the year.

: 5,35 km – 1 lap, level time: 40 minutes




Long distance
: 21,4 km – 4 laps, level time 2 hours 35 minutes




Refreshment: at the finish on short distance; in every lap and at the finish on long distance




Age limit: none on short distance; 12 on long distance
