In the spring of 2015,
Macesz Bistro
brought a new event series to life, with the unconcealed goal of stirring up the
culinary
life of downtown
Budapest
. There will be everything our eyes and mouths might desire: common cooking (and eating), kitchen battles, unforgettable
dishes
, excellent
wines
and special pairings, both in the kitchen and on the plates.
The event’s goal is to show off the culinary diversity that surrounds them and prompts the kitchen of
Macesz Bistro
to explore and rethink new foods and flavors every day.

will hand over the kitchen of Macesz Bistro to the Gianni Annoni and
Alessandro

Manna
, the chef of
Casa Pomo d'oro
, so that they can bring the flavors of Rome’s Jewish quarter to Budapest in the context of a genuine Italian dinner.

The price of the Macesz Gastro Tour vol. 3. menu is 11 990 HUF, which also includes unlimited mineral water and wine consumption during the dinner.
