The renewed Gellért Brasserie awaits lovers on Valentine’s Day with a special menu created together by lovers of cuisine, cake designer 
Ráchel Raj
 and chef 
András Frideczky.
 




Ráchel Raj, renowned for her flodni and cakes, will be making not only the dessert; she is teaming up with the creative and talented chef of Buda’s oldest new brasserie who has worked in such top restaurants as Cyrano, U26 and Baldasti’s, and taught together 
Viktor Segal
 and 
Péter Várvizi
 in the Csillagánizs Cooking School.

A glass of Kreinbacher sparkling wine




Duck liver duo




Parsley velouté with roast paprika and mini black sesame pretzel 




Salmon with celery cream, radish tapenade and fruit beer sauce 




Goose liver and beef sausage, pumpkin with ginger and beetroot with apple




Salted caramel doughnut with cranberry and cognac parfait 




At the end of the supper each couple will receive a Ráchel Raj handcrafted marzipan surprise as a souvenir.




During the supper the Heart Rate group will perform together with singer 
Nóra Bíró
, winner of the Megastar special prize and 
Dávid Olti
. The lovers of music will create a romantic jazz-swing mood to accompany the special menu.
