. The aim isn''t only to make the meat of the hungarian grey cattle popular again, but to get people more familiar with them.

wine village, meat market, cooking championship, concerts

Since the aim of the festival is to make people more familiar with the different ways of prepairing the grey cattle mea, every exhibitioner will prepare the meat differently - making it hard to get bored with the specialities.
Two kinds of gastronomy:
Gourmet:
the most-talented chefs prepare the best parts of the grey cattle''s meat, making you feel like eating at a high-class restaurant. A bit more expensive, but the dishes surely worth the money.
Gourman:
traditional foods, prepared at the festival by the chosen cooks. Grilling a whole oxen is just one of the specialities: the cooks will prepare traditional foods, strongly connected to the shepherd culture (slambuc and so on).

Meat market:
red meat and other specialities straight from the ''manafacturer''.
Artisian products:
artisian sweets, spices and foods, souvenirs, fresh milk and a lot more.
Wine village:
the name says it''s all - the best hungarian wines and pálinkás (hungarian schnaps).
