Budapest’s popular multi-stage concert venue near
City Park
 hosts a high-spirited
rock-and-roll extravaganza
starring three hardcore Magyar groups throwing great gigs in a row. Bands hitting the stage on
GrundDay
include the
Asphalt Horsemen
, playing classic southern-rock tunes, followed by
Mátyás Attila and his band
with music influenced by such legends as Depeche Mode, Billy Idol, or Sex Action. Finally, the rowdy revelry is completed with a headline concert by
the Trousers
, a Budapest-based band that seamlessly fuses classic rock-and-roll with garage-rock tunes.
