DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist
will join forces when coming to Budapest.

Music buffs have a lot to get excited about, as they now have the chance to witness an event that may never take place again ever. Two American superstar DJs have come together to give a salute to Afrika Bambaataa, the founder of Universal Zulu Nation, the mastermind behind the
electronic
music of the ‘80s, which pushed the boundaries of several genres, a figure who played an important role in making hip hop culture flourish and one of the founding fathers of electro-funk.
The
Renegades of Rhythm
tour is also special because the legendary tracks will be played strictly from original vinyls. They mean business, as the historic record collection of Afrika Bambaataa consists of more than 40,000 items, currently archived at the hip hop department of Cornell University.
