Don''t miss it!
About the band:

The story of
Brains
is anything but usual. Since its foundation in Szentendre back in 1994, the band has been reformed again and again; it reached its final line-up by 2010 while the music it represents has completely changed compared to the beginnings.

In the first years, they indulged in hardcore, then they ventured out in into funk rock--at a certain point, the band even included brass winds. The impression of the golden age is retained on three albums: Színek (Colours, 1997); Semmi komoly (Nothing Serious, 1998) and A dunakanyar rasztabanditái (The Rasta Bandits of the Danube Bend, 2001). The album Humanual (2006) was a forerunner of the "modern-age"
Brains
, as
MC Columbo
joined the band at this stage. The album Top Shotta (2008) brought a mixture of styles--drum and bass, hip-hop, rock, and ragga--that produces an exceptionally impressive live sound, owing to which
Brains
has grown to become one of the most exciting live bands of Hungary.

Another band member change in 2010 saw the addition of drummer
Zoli Ujj
(known from the band Másfél) and keyboardist
Levi Lukács
to the band, and the resulting quintet recorded the best, freshest, most direct and party-compatible album of
Brains
, Refresh The Style in 2011.

You can enter at 7:00 pm, and the concert starts at 8:15 pm. Have fun!
