Formed in 1998, Bëlga has appeared on the main stages of all major Hungarian festivals and regularly plays sold-out club shows across the country during the autumn–spring season. Two documentaries have been made about the band’s history, while their work has been recognised with several industry awards, including the Fonogram, Viva Comet and Hungarian Music Video Festival prizes. Their latest release, Egyre gondolunk, is the 14th studio album to fully capture the unmistakable Bëlga experience. The band will present the new record at Dürer Kert on 27 and 28 February, inviting anyone who’s into gardening, has been pushed down a motorway, or has ever realised too late that they forgot to take the bins out.
