- Smoked sausage with homemade mustard and olive cibatta
- Butter croissant with homemade jam

- Pork belly with boiled corn, chili butter and steak potatos
- Smoked duck breast salad
- Wildboar sandwich with juniper-berry and cranberry sauce, blue cheese, Isabelle grape jam, and with garnish
