Szatyor Bar opened its gates leading into a colorful and bohemian milieu in 2010 next to Hadik, and two are now operating in the same space. It was named after the bon mot of Frigyes Karinthy, Hungarian writer, who called the club in the old basement Szatyor Bar (translation: “pouch bar”). Arts, literature, culture, music and entertainment await visitors at this bar and gallery, found on the Buda side. Pop in for a tasty coffee, or lunch menu, and you will definitely sense the spirit of poets long gone.
