Besides soup and pasta from a box, hungry urban dwellers now have a slightly healthier option for a light, boxed lunch or dinner around Kálvin Square, thanks to the salad bar called Rukkola. Among other things, their selection contains 11 kinds of salad boxes that are distinguished by colors. Red has sun-dried tomatoes, Green has pesto, but they also have salmon, and strawberries with chicken variations. They also offer sandwiches, seeds, dried fruits, that we can pair up with a smoothie, lemonade, coffee, or tea.
