Ágnes Németh opened her ice-cream boutique in an outlying area, but with good reason: she reckons that if something’s really good, people will gladly travel for it. The delicious ice creams at Minus11 have passed this test for sure. They have plenty of natural flavours such as cream caramel, Japanese citrus, raspberry, pistachio, and bergamot white chocolate – and all their creations show panache.
