Kertész utca 33 used to function as a fireplace (kandalló) store, hence the name of Kandalló Artisanal Pub (Kandalló Kézműves Pub). The resourceful handicraft design and the fire behind the bar guarantee a cosy atmosphere, and it also helps that staff care about our enjoyment - even the chef comes out every once in a while to entertain the guests. However, Kandalló is more of a drinking place, with beers by Békésszentandrási, Rizmajer and Gyertyános, quality wines from Szemes, Szecskő, Szentesi, Károly Barta, and Géza Légli, and pálinka from Márkházy and Gyulai.
