At Hanoi ABC, you can get everything that Asian, more precisely Vietnamese. The fruits and vegetables come in a seasonal selection, with rarities, like papaya, dragon fruit, lychee and mangosteen. The place sells more than 15 different types of jasmine rice, a variety soy and fish sauces, spices, and a wide range of fruit juices (winter melon, passion fruit, tamarind and so on). The frozen goods include loads of fish, crabs, clams, and lime-leaf - the latter is only available here in Budapest. Kitti, is kind and helpful and once you get over the language barriers she shares tips and tricks of Vietnamese cuisine , and is happy to explain what is what.
